This is the one endorsement where the state matters more than the test. The endorsement itself is federal and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will add it on a passing knowledge test — but where you may actually pull a set is state law. Many states prohibit triples entirely, and several limit doubles by length or route.
So confirm with the BMV, and with the states you run through, before you count on the work. Holding the T endorsement is not the same as being allowed to use it on a given road.
